You can only access your account through the app, as we don't offer web access right now. There's a few things you can do to secure your account though.
Cancel your card
⚠️ Critical: If you think someone might have your card details, you must act fast. Call our 24/7 emergency line immediately to cancel it.

We'll cancel your card on the spot and send out a replacement. Please note this line is just for card emergencies, so the team can't help with general account questions.
Secure your account via email
Send an email to our support team as soon as you realise your device is gone. We can protect your account and freeze your card to keep your money safe. Once you have a new device, we'll help you get logged back in safely. 📨
Accessing your account moving forward
Right now, you can't log in to your business account using a web browser. Our service is only accessible through the mobile app. As soon as you get a new phone, download the app to start using your account again.
